Happy Bacon Day!
| As we approach the very end of the year, today is a holiday that truly sizzles: National Bacon Day. You’ve worked hard this year, and you have earned the right to celebrate with a couple of strips of bacon! With 7 out of 10 New Year’s resolutions involving lifestyle changes or health promises, today is the day to treat yourself and ignore those “rules” before the calendar turns! Bacon represents versatility- it just goes with everything at any time during the day, right? Well, we should all strive to be more like bacon in our work, and in every situation or challenge we face; we should aim to complement it. I know that I pride myself on being flexible and not being too “crisp” which leads us to creative solutions for our clients. Much like the process of curing and preparing the perfect slice of bacon, our approach to commercial real estate is about patience, timing, and understanding of the market.  The Outlook for 2026: Everything tastes better with bacon, and every portfolio looks better with the right strategic assets. My resolution for the coming year is simple: to continue helping my clients by preparing the bacon, slicing it just right so that they can “fry it up in the pan” for a successful experience.
