If you know me, you know I have a deep appreciation for a well-made craft beer. For me, the enjoyment goes beyond the final pour—it’s rooted in the deliberate, often painstaking process behind the scenes that brings it to life.

As I was thinking about my favorite local breweries, I realized that crafting a successful deal—real estate or otherwise—requires almost the exact same level of discipline and artistry as brewing a world-class IPA or stout.

A master brewer doesn’t just grab whatever is on the shelf. Every successful outcome starts with three critical phases:
