| I am happy to announce that we have been engaged by an established medical practice here in Miami. They have outgrown their space and, more importantly, the parking lot. This is where we call on you! The Real Solution Size: 6,000 – 7,000 Square Feet Total* *The practice requires 5,000 – 6,000 SF. Administration can be housed in a satellite suite of approximately 1,000 SF. Location: Within a 3-mile radius of the Kendall Baptist Hospital campus. Suite Preferences: Upper floor suite will require the building to have 2 elevators or onsite generators. Buildout: Seeking a turn-key delivery of a typical medical suite. No requirement for surgical or heavy diagnostic equipment needed. Parking (Must Have): Minimum of 3.5 spaces per 1,000 SF or higher. Term: Up to ten (10) years with options negotiable.
