There is no need for water or special equipment in the rooms and no requirement for surgical or heavy diagnostic equipment. Parking: Minimum of 3.5 spaces per 1,000 SF or more. Term: Up to ten (10) years with options negotiable. Occupancy: 4th quarter 2026.
